- I remember in the 70's going to my aunts house in Seattle for Christmas, never snow. We had it aplenty in Hood River, OR; but not there!

- Christmas is a difficult time for many people with depression. "Christmas Shoes" would push a sane person over the edge! It should be banned for the emotional damage it does. "Do they know its Christmas?" has to be explained to the younger generation, and then they wonder if we really saved anyone …

- I hate that they eliminated standard lanes when they added the self check. And half the time people dont know how 2 use them!

- The Corps technically owns the land they are going to flood. In the 20's or 30's, following a large flood, they paid the owners of that land for an easement to have the right to flood it.

- What about people that are not native English speakers? In a stress situation, they may not be able to communicate in English. Doesn't this create a problem also? Gee lets not fly because God did not give us wings! I think that he should have known which airlines are disabled friendly and booked …
